Good morning everyone,
Well that nasty cyclone just whizzed on by without too much harm in our region. We are most thankful it stayed out to sea!!!!
Here is a card made last time I visited my friend Jackie (McGee). I love the layout of it as well as the "wedgewood" feel. I don't know if it was Jackie's original idea or if she found it somewhere else, so can go no further with acknowledgements.
The stamp used is from Lucy's Stamps. The ink is Colourbox Chalk Inks. The patterned paper is from an unknown source (found scraps).
Guess what I did yesterday????? All day yesterday????? I have so much "stuff"!!!! I cleaned and tidied my "dungeon" aka my stamping room. (Remember I was on a de-moulding mission....No mould in my stamping room because I keep it closed off in inclement weather, but wanted to give the whole house a once over!). I still have to go through the mounds of scrap card, paper and images and try and put them in some sort of order in the hopes I might use them one day. Order will mean a better chance that this will happen!
Tidying up your stuff is always good because you come across stuff you had totally forgotten about. Not a bad exercise in all. I spotted something I want to play with later and found the rest of my alphabet moulds I was missing.

So glad you are safe! That card is just wonderful. I really love this layout (:
I really need to clean my room but seriously just can't manage to. Glad you were productive.
Michelle, so glad that you are all safe! Great card!
Wonderful card! It really stands out!
I'm glad the storm passed you by! We always got the close calls but never a direct hit where I lived in FL. I wish I could find the time to truly organize my stuff -- but that would also mean finding a place for everything and that is IMPOSSIBLE! LOL
I am so glad everything is ok. I was worried about you. I have been through a few hurricanes myself recently as I live in FL, and they are no fun, so I am extremely glad you all came through o.k.
I love the card you made. Great soft colors.
This is such a beautiful design! Love the layout and your colors...so soft.
Also thankful you are okay after the cyclone...been through typhoons myself in Japan and know they are intense!!! How fun that you cleaned your craft area...mine definitely needs some attention :o)
Pretty card, Michelle! Glad to hear that all is safe! Enjoy your new found treasures!

So glad the cyclone passed you by. Great card! It does have a "wedgewood" feel to it. i've tried this layout before and SUCK at it...this is really nice.
SO pretty, I love that shade of blue and the layout is really nice.
Hope you made out okay during the storms!
I'm with everyone else, I'm glad you're safe and sound. I think this is the card I'll be casing for the next rubberbombshells challenge. I love the way you did the strips of paper in different directions. A keeper for sure.
